If a breach involving personal information occurs, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident. Where required by applicable law, we will:

  • notify affected individuals;

  • report the breach to the appropriate privacy commissioner or authority; and

  • maintain required breach records.

15. Retention and destruction

  • fulfil the purposes for which it was collected;

  • manage our relationship with you;

  • complete transactions;

  • information about how that information has been used;

  • information about organizations to which it has been disclosed; or

  • correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Send a written request to our Privacy Officer at admin@canadianreset.ca.

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before responding. Please do not send copies of identification unless we specifically request them and provide an appropriate method for doing so.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. In limited circumstances, we may charge a reasonable fee where legally permitted. If a fee applies, we will advise you before processing the request.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that Canadian Reset endorses the third party or its privacy practices.

21. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our website may not respond to all Do Not Track requests.

You may manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and any consent-management tools made available on our website.

22. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Canadian Reset may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in:

  • our business or services;

  • our technology and service providers;

  • our information-handling practices; or

  • applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The updated policy will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a material change that affects how previously collected personal information is handled.

Your continued use of our website or services after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect signifies your acknowledgement of the updated policy, but does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
