3. Subscription disclosure

Before completing your purchase, you will be shown the material details of your subscription, including:

• the subscription price;

• applicable taxes;

• any separately disclosed delivery charge;

• the billing frequency;

• that the subscription renews automatically;

• the method of payment;

• the cancellation process;

• our contact information; and

• any other information required by applicable law.

Your subscription price is $15.00, plus applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed delivery charge.

Your payment method will be charged for each subscription period until the subscription is cancelled.

The final amount payable will be disclosed before you complete checkout. We will not add undisclosed mandatory fees after advertising a lower unattainable price.

4. Automatic renewal authorization

By starting a monthly subscription, you expressly authorize Canadian Reset and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically for each subscription period until you cancel.

You understand that:

• your subscription continues from month to month;

• your payment method will be charged automatically;

• you are responsible for cancelling before the applicable cutoff to avoid the next charge; and

• deleting an email, failing to open a mailer, or not using the materials does not automatically cancel the subscription.

Your renewal authorization remains in effect until your cancellation takes effect.

5. Billing and payment

Payments are processed through Stripe.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing information. You authorize us and our payment processor to use updated card or account information supplied through payment-network or account-updater services where legally permitted.

If a payment is declined, expired, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may:

• retry the payment;

• ask you to update your payment information;

• temporarily suspend the subscription;

• delay the mailer;

• cancel the subscription; or

• recover amounts properly owing to us, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for charges imposed by your financial institution, including insufficient-funds, foreign-exchange, or payment-processing charges, unless prohibited by law.

6. Taxes and pricing

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and disclosed during checkout.

We may change the subscription price prospectively. When required, we will give you advance notice before a new price applies to a future renewal.

A price change will not affect an amount that has already been properly charged.

If you do not agree to a future price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

• email at admin@canadianreset.ca; or

• another cancellation method clearly identified on our website.

A cancellation notice does not need to use special wording. It must clearly communicate your intention to cancel and provide enough information for us to identify the subscription.

To avoid being charged for the next mailer, we must receive your cancellation before CANCELLATION CUTOFF, 11:59 P.M. PACIFIC TIME ON THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH.

A cancellation received after the stated cutoff may take effect for the following billing and mailing cycle if the next mailer has already entered printing, fulfilment, or postage processing.

We will not intentionally make cancellation materially more difficult than subscription enrolment.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically unsubscribe you from optional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications separately by using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation or refund right that you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Order confirmation and contract copy

After you complete a purchase or subscription, we will provide an electronic confirmation containing or linking to the material terms of the transaction.

You should retain a copy of:

• your order confirmation;

• these Terms;

• the subscription disclosure;

• the cancellation instructions; and

• your payment receipts.

Please contact us promptly if you do not receive an order confirmation.

9. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a specific promotion, payments are non-refundable once the applicable mailer has entered printing, preparation, fulfilment, or postage processing.

We may provide, at our discretion and where appropriate:

• a replacement;

• an account credit;

• a partial refund; or

• a full refund.

Discretionary remedies may be considered when:

• we charged you after a timely cancellation;

• we sent a materially incorrect item;

• a mailer was returned to us because of our addressing error;

• duplicate charges occurred; or

• another verified processing error occurred.

We do not ordinarily provide refunds because:

• you did not open or use the mailer;

• you changed your mind after the cancellation cutoff;

• you disagree with an opinion or educational approach;

• you did not achieve a desired result;

• you failed to update your address before the stated cutoff;

• a delivery was delayed for reasons outside our reasonable control; or

• another household member accepted or discarded the mail.

This section does not restrict any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.

10. Delivery and mailing addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian mailing address and updating it before the 15th of each month.

Mailers may be sent through Canada Post, a mail house, a courier, or another fulfilment provider.

Any mailing or delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. Delivery may be affected by:

• postal delays;

• labour disruptions;

• weather;

• natural disasters;

• transportation interruptions;

• incorrect addresses;

• remote-location service schedules;

• customs or border issues, if applicable; or

• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Canadian Reset is not responsible for a mailer that is delayed, returned, misdirected, or lost because you provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address.

Contact us at admin@canadianreset.caif a mailer does not arrive within 14 days after the expected delivery period.

11. Returned mail

If a mailer is returned because of an incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated address, we may contact you to obtain a corrected address.

We may charge a reasonable, clearly disclosed reshipping fee before resending returned materials, unless the return resulted from our error or charging the fee would be prohibited by law.

Repeated returned mail may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription.

12. Recipes, food, health, and household safety

Canadian Reset may provide recipes, food-storage suggestions, household projects, cleaning ideas, preparedness information, or recommendations involving tools and household equipment.

This information is general educational content and is not medical, nutritional, dietary, food-safety, engineering, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for:
