Refund Policy
Canadian Reset prepares each monthly mailer based on confirmed subscriber numbers. Once the monthly production deadline has passed, costs may already have been committed for design, printing, materials, packaging, postage, payment processing, and fulfilment.
For this reason, refunds are not available after the applicable monthly cancellation and refund deadline, except where required by law or where Canadian Reset has made a verified billing or fulfilment error.
Monthly deadline
To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next monthly mailer, your cancellation request must be received no later than:
1:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 15th day of each month.
Cancellations received before the deadline will take effect before the next billing and mailing cycle.
Cancellations received after the deadline will take effect for the following month. The current month’s payment will not be refunded because the mailer may already be in production, printing, packaging, or shipping preparation.
No refunds after the deadline
Once the monthly deadline has passed, all payments for that mailing cycle are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not normally be issued because:
-
you changed your mind after the deadline;
-
you forgot to cancel your subscription;
-
you did not open, read, or use the mailer;
-
you no longer want the upcoming mailer;
-
you disagree with the content or educational approach;
-
you did not achieve a particular personal or financial result;
-
the mailer has already entered production or fulfilment;
-
the mailer has already been shipped; or
-
you failed to update your mailing address before the address-change deadline.
Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription through:
-
Posthouse; or
-
email at admin@canadianreset.ca.
Your cancellation request must clearly state that you wish to cancel and include enough information for us to locate your subscription.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals after the cancellation takes effect. It does not automatically create a refund for a payment already processed.
Incorrect or duplicate charges
Please contact us promptly if:
-
you were charged after submitting a valid cancellation before the deadline;
-
you were charged more than once for the same subscription period;
-
you were charged an incorrect amount; or
-
you believe a payment was processed in error.
Verified billing errors will be corrected, and any amount improperly charged will be refunded.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete mailers
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your mailer if it:
-
arrived materially damaged;
-
contained the wrong materials;
-
was missing a significant item; or
-
was incorrectly addressed because of an error made by Canadian Reset.
Please include your name, order or subscription information, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, Canadian Reset may provide:
-
a replacement item;
-
a replacement mailer;
-
an account credit;
-
a partial refund; or
-
a full refund.
The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.
Minor cosmetic damage to an outer envelope that does not affect the enclosed materials will not normally qualify for a replacement or refund.
Lost or delayed mail
Mailing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Mail may occasionally be delayed because of postal service disruptions, weather, remote delivery schedules, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside Canadian Reset’s reasonable control.
A delayed mailer does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Please contact us at admin@canadianreset.ca if your mailer has not arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery period. We will review the shipment and determine whether a replacement or other remedy is appropriate.
Incorrect or outdated mailing address
Subscribers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address and updating it before:
the 15th of each month at 11:59pm Pacific Time
Canadian Reset is not responsible for mailers that are delayed, returned, misdirected, or lost because a subscriber provided an incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address.
Payments will not normally be refunded in these circumstances. A reasonable reshipping fee may apply if a replacement is available.
Returned mail
If a mailer is returned to Canadian Reset because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, we may contact you to request updated information.
A returned mailer may be resent if:
-
the materials are still available;
-
you provide a corrected address; and
-
you pay any applicable reshipping and postage costs.
Promotional and discounted subscriptions
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion, discounted, introductory, promotional, and prepaid subscription payments are subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Promotional or discounted payments are not refundable after the applicable monthly deadline.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact Canadian Reset before starting a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and correct any legitimate billing issue.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must separately cancel the subscription through the approved cancellation method to stop future renewals.
We may suspend or cancel accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or remove any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
